It's taken me some time to consider not just what my goals should be, but also whether I wanted to do the goals list at all. Obviously the world and their oyster knowing that I've failed big time isn't good. On the other hand, I seriously doubt the oyster let alone the world gives a flying fudge about my blog.
There isn't going to be anything amazing here for my goals either, compared to guys who cycle 100 miles in a day. I'm not fit, I'm habitually lazy, I like my food, sitting on my bum playing PC games and reading, all probably in that order, or better still at the same time. These are going to be goals I have set in order for me to get out of the habit of doing these unhealthy non-actvities. Hopefully the fitter I get, the more adventurous the goals will get, but thats a way off yet I suspect.
